Marketing led the design of the new site but we used some outside help on certain aspects. As for your pay tracker comment – that’s a decent point – there are many variables to consider when trying to show the funds flow eg self billing versus specific agency timings but we will continue to improve how we deliver that info. As for the value point, that is more than likely a timing issue but perhaps not one to discuss on a blog comment, drop me a line if you want me to investigate.

I’ve been using Parasol for over 2 years now and I’ll give you my frank opinon on your service.. the good and the bad!

Parasol is not the cheapest umbrella company but I totally love you (not you personally but you know what I mean). Yes you take £x amount of money from my which is higher than other companies, but I cannot fault the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff I have spoken to on the phone e.g. Brian!. This is why I stick with Parasol!

Congratulations on the newish website Don’t know if it was done in-house or not but it was a fantastic job in user-friendliness.

That Payment Tracker has to go! It is so awful, I honestly find it incredibly difficult to make heads or tails of what is going on and I do sometimes wonder how I can get things sorted, for instance I submitted 3 months time sheets for approx £10k and received £3k back… something looks wrong.. I just cant suss out your payment tracker

Also… erm…. can you find out from your IT team, what your “Hold” music is!? I think it’s the best Hold music I’ve ever heard!

As far as umbrella companies go, Parasol is my favourite
